How We Work

We understand that immigration matters can feel overwhelming, uncertain, and deeply personal. That's why our approach is built on clear communication, practical guidance, and direct attorney attention, at every stage of the process.

1

Start with a Virtual Consultation

Choose a 30-minute or 60-minute appointment. For EB-1A and EB-2 NIW matters, and other matters requiring detailed review, a 60-minute consultation is generally recommended to allow sufficient time for an initial evaluation.

2

Evaluate Strategy

We review the relevant facts, goals, eligibility considerations, evidence, timing and potential issues.

3

Engage the Firm

If Adeyanju Law determines that the matter is within the firm’s scope and offers representation, and you choose to proceed, you will receive a written engagement agreement defining the scope, legal fees and client responsibilities.

4

Secure Digital Intake

Clients receive secure instructions for questionnaires, document collection and case communication.

5

Prepare & Review

The firm organizes the matter, develops the filing within the agreed scope and works with the client to review required information and supporting evidence. Attorney-client meetings and communications are scheduled as reasonably needed for the matter and as provided in the engagement agreement.

6

File & Follow Through

After filing, the firm communicates case updates and assists with matters within the engagement scope.
