Our Mission

MEET THE

Managing Attorney

Bamisope Adeyanju, Esq. is the Managing Attorney of Adeyanju Law, PLLC. Her practice focuses on federal immigration and nationality matters, with an emphasis on EB-1A extraordinary ability and EB-2 National Interest Waiver matters, family-based immigration, naturalization and citizenship, and selected document-renewal matters.

Before founding Adeyanju Law, Bamisope practiced corporate law and developed experience working in sophisticated legal environments where precision, responsiveness and careful execution matter. She brings that same disciplined approach to immigration representation while building a practice designed to remain personal and accessible.

Bamisope also understands the immigration process from a personal perspective. Her own U.S. immigration journey included personally pursuing and obtaining approval of an EB-2 National Interest Waiver. That experience informs her appreciation for the uncertainty, preparation and long-term significance that can accompany an immigration matter, while recognizing that every client’s facts and legal options are unique.

Her goal is not simply to prepare filings, but to understand each client’s story, explain the legal framework clearly and present the facts and evidence accurately and persuasively.

Why Choose Adeyanju Law

Focused Strategy

Each matter begins with an evaluation of eligibility, evidence, timing and risk – not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Direct Attorney Attention

The practice is intentionally focused, allowing matters to receive direct attorney oversight.

Clear Communication

The process and next steps are explained in straightforward language.

Efficient Systems

Secure technology supports intake, document collection, organization and communication.

Profile Evaluation

Profile evaluation can identify gaps and potential steps that may strengthen a future profile. No future eligibility or result can be guaranteed.

Not Sure You Are Ready to File?

You do not have to decide that you qualify before speaking with an immigration attorney. A consultation can help you understand the legal criteria, identify strengths and gaps, and determine whether you may be ready to file now or should build your profile first.
